We are offering a Shipping Coordinator position. You will play a key role in meeting our ambitious aspirations for the future.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for making inbound/outbound shipment arrangements
• Negotiate prices with logistic companies/shipping companies and freight forwarders to secure the best market rate
• Booking deliveries and liaising with customers as necessary
• Handling shipment clearances
• Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure on time delivery
• Forward and follow-ups shipment invoices to Finance for payment
• Prepare reports on cargo movement and various operational logistics issues.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain & Operations Management or related field
• Passionate about learning and to continuously improve skills
• Organized and process-oriented
• Professional and possesses outstanding communication skills in all aspects and situations, especially when dealing with customers, suppliers and co-workers
