1- Ships Agency Operator
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the Ships Agency SOP is adhered to with strict compliance and that all KPI’s are met without fail.
• Maintain good relations with Customers and various other stake holders.
• Distribution or correct allocation of Owner’s / Charterer’s expenses are established prior rendering services.
• Ensure pre-arrival, arrival, daily cargo production updates, departure reports, Statement of facts sent on time on a daily basis with correct information via sub agents
• To always maintain an up to date vessel expenses.
• Assisting the Credit Control team in performing their duties by providing timely and precise information to collect sufficient pre-funding and collection of any outstanding.
• Safety and Quality Commitment by Sub Agents, in accordance with defined Safety and Quality Commitments.
