  • Managing the product backlog
  • Create list of backlog items
  • Prioritize items based on overall strategy
  • Consider needs and objectives of stakeholders
  • Manage scope, budget and time to prioritize projects
  • Map out dependencies
  • Overseeing all stages of product development
  • Contribute to the planning, execution and review of each sprint
  • Work with development team to refine and improve the development process
  • Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
  • Be accountable for each stage of product development and delivery process
  • Reports project progress through each sprint
  • Acceptance of final product and its fit for purpose in the market
  • Strong working knowledge in running Agile Scrum SDLC
  • Experience in running Feature based product development team
  • Chair Demand Management meetings
  • Contribute towards sprint planning
  • Attend stand-up meetings
  • Chair Sprint Retrospective meetings


  • Product Roadmap
  • An up-to date product roadmap that is well aligned with technology roadmap
  • Stake holders are kept up-to date on progress of current plan and future delivery
  • A clear project business case is maintained for all projects
  • Product Delivery
  • Ownership of Product delivery for the defined and agreed scope is done on schedule, cost and quality
  • Both functional and non-functional requirements are fulfilled
  • Product Launch & post launch
  • Product launch planning that includes marketing and sales campaigns
  • Knowledge and Training to Operations and Incident Management team
  • Product launch is clearly communicated and planned with all internal and external stake holders
  • Product launch report
  • Post launch Project business case fulfilment report
  • Financial Service and/or Banking domain knowledge
  • Experience in B2C product offering
  • Possess a understanding of end-to-end experience that is customer-centric
  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
  • Working knowledge of product development
  • Ability to prioritize effectively through collaboration and cooperation
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to work with small and large cross functional teams using global talents
  • Analytical & Problem-solving skills
  • Creative thinker
  • Attention to details
  • Experience in sales or marketing is an advantage
  • Understanding of latest technology trends & design quality standards is an advantage
