As an Operations Research engineer, you will be part of the team responsible for building Cafu’s automated decision support systems. We use mathematical and computational optimization techniques to develop optimization engines which are responsible for optimizing Cafu’s operations. You will contribute to the team in developing algorithms that support and enhance the company’s various planning processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop optimization algorithms.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of optimization engines software.
- Analyze data and define potential areas of improvement in our operations.
- Develop monitoring dashboards to monitor the performance of our engines.
- Document the technical details of our optimization models and their results.
- Simulate and evaluate the performance of the automated decision support engines.

Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, operations research, or mathematics.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- 1- 3 Years of experience in optimization models and algorithms development.
- Solid understanding of mathematical optimization techniques (e.g., Linear programming, Integer programming, …etc.)
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Solid knowledge and experience in using optimization solvers (e.g., cplex, gurobi, cbc, …etc.).
