We’re looking for a Regional Specialist Distribution Center to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store “tMart”, which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq!

Responsibilities
- This role will own several Distribution Center (DC) KPIs with the goal of constantly improving performance while being the go-to person for solving the DC problems encountered
- Closely monitoring of DC performance and develop a deep understanding of the problems faced on a day-to-day
- Working end to end on DC operations and mid mile – DC to stores and store to dc process
- Set direction to improve operational performance while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement whether by introducing automation or through designing better processes

Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely organized and process-driven
- Analytical skill set demonstrated by an advanced proficiency in GSheet, MS Excel, Data studio
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Track record of getting things done while managing a heavy workload effectively by setting priorities
