Job Description:

To assist departmental administrative functions; to enter data into system with accuracy and maintaining transparent, up-to-date, and easily traceable documents.

Responsibilities:

A- Assist and support in managing office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
B-  Maintain accurate records of all information related to projects for documentation, clarification, and presentation to management.
C- Facilitated submission of all documents to respective departments through regular audits on Aid in the preparation of project proposals, purchase orders, invoices, and relevant project documentation.
D-  Maintain tracking logs for projects related documentation.

Requirements:

A- Preferred Associate or BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
B- Possess a creative, outgoing, and exceptionally positive personality.
C- English & Arabic.
D- 3 year in a similar role.
