Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the sports center, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments: Padel Academy, Wellness Center (including gym, outsourced physiotherapy, and other wellness services), Pro-shop and outsourced cafeteria.
- Implement and optimize standard operating procedures (SOP) for all areas. Focus on tech-savviness and process optimization that promote time saving, service improvement and accuracy.
- Oversee the facility management at the club to ensure a high-quality environment for members and staff.

Requirement
- Directly manage the Reception Manager, Marketing Executive and Facility Coordinator. Lead the Human Resources and Coaching team for all day-to-days operational matters.
- Delegate responsibilities, follow up, supervise execution, and provide necessary coaching to ensure all tasks and projects are correctly conducted.
- Provide constant training to team members for higher efficiency, effectiveness & productivity.
- Foster a positive, dynamic work environment and manage strong personalities effectively.
