Job Responsibilities:

  • Performance management on NCR (Non Commission Revenue) for UAE sales team through weekly reporting and visibility to all the sales team on target vs achievement
  • Develop product trade marketing strategies (pricing, sales pitch, discounts, channel plan etc.)
  • Work cross-functionally to lead strategic projects around long term product and partner strategy around revenue initiatives that span all Talabat entities
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, finance, legal and o maintain and launch products in UAE
  • Business analytics expertise to proactively identify and reale opportunities to increase revenue and performance among our partners
  • Extend sponsored ads expertise and best practices to the sales teams across the region to positively impact all new advertisers to the platform
  • Serve as the ‘voice of the customer’, developing insights internally and externally, conducting assessments of market trends & developing business cases that guide
  • development prioritization.
  • Weekly product training schedule for NCR for all AMs/TLs
  • Responsible for optimizing our NCR performance by influencing the bonus KPIs
  • Dashboard reporting of country level of NCR
  • Advanced MS Office skills, google slides, google sheet
  • NCR championship for across UAE sales team creating competition in the:
  • NCR product trainings
  • NCR performance management

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing management
  • From 4-5 years experience in sales, advertisement revenue products in a retail organization
  • Strong analytical mindset, using data to substantiate business cases and strategic conclusions.
  • Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced & results-oriented work environment.
  • Exhibit a strong track record of on-time project delivery for large, cross-functional projects, preferably in mobile platforms or E-commerce domains.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders.
  • Provide exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions.
  • Show a capability to create a strong business and technical vision and drive a team towards that vision.
  • Demonstrate strong execution abilities by identifying, evaluating, tracking and mitigating issues and risks.
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
