We are looking for a Store Keeper to join our dynamic team at IIQAF. The Store Keeper will be responsible for maintaining our stock inventory and keeping our store organized and running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive, quantify and store materials in the stores/warehouses
• Ensure the accurate recording of inwards and outwards of materials
• Maintain an up-to-date accurate inventory of stock and regularly conduct physical checks
• Prepare and submit periodic stock reports and conduct regular stock checks
• Receive customer orders and coordinate with the suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Identify discrepancies between physical inventory and records
• Ensure regular cycle counting and maintenance of equipment within the store
• Supervise store staff members and delegate appropriate tasks

Requirement

• Ability to receive, store and categorize goods in a timely and efficient manner
• Hands-on experience with automated inventory tracking systems
• Sound knowledge of warehouse and store operations
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Understanding of safety protocols related to handling and storage of goods
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
