Job Responsibilities
- Enlighten the patient about the amount/cost of the consultation, procedure, laboratory test, radiology test, and medication to be administered if needed by the patient.
- Accept payments and generates invoice for amount paid by the patient.
- Well verse with insurance cards for the deductibles and co-payment if applicable.
- Manage to inform and explain to the patient what the coverage of the insurance in an understandable manner.
- Answers the patient queries with accordance of the clarification of payment they made.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor / Diploma
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in the Health Care Field
- Ability to operate computers
- Must have understanding of oral and written English
- Must have communication skills adequate to communicate effectively with patients, co- workers, and supervisors
