We are looking for a talented Student Recruitment Officer to join the American University in the Emirates. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the university student recruitment field.

Responsibilities:

• Propose and Implement Recruitment Strategies
• Manage Resources for Student Recruitment
• Liaise with college and other AUE departments in implementing recruitment
• Assist in formulating annual recruitment target
• Responsible for meeting the recruitment target
• Responsible for the day-to-day activities and management of recruitment channels and networks
• Responsible for the day-to-day activities which involve visits to institution and entities for the purpose of recruitment

Requirement

• Knowledge of multiple point marketing strategies (P2P, B2B, Online and Traditional Media)
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken; Arabic and English
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Working knowledge of UAE higher education sector
• MA or BA in Marketing or relevant alternative plus substantial relevant experience
