Job: Subsea 7 is looking for a talented Supply Chain (SCM) Tender Coordinator whom will provide assistance to the Category, Commodities and Tender team to prepare the SCM package starting from the Request for Quotation process to issuing Purchase Order.

Responsibilities:

• Attend the SCM Kick Off Meeting lead by the SCM Tender Lead.
• Define together with the SCM Manager on which packages to support for the on-going or upcoming Tenders.
• Maintain the SCM Tender Report up to date.
• Issue ITT to approved Bidders based on requisitions “Approved for Enquiry”.
• Transmitting all Suppliers technical qualifications to Engineering & other department
• Organizing meeting with Engineering for technical qualifications review
• Perform commercial and contractual analysis, schedule evaluation of bids, and incorporate technical evaluation from Engineering.

• Strong analytical skills
• Creative problem solving – able to suggest and develop new methods and ways of working
• Sound communication skills – able to communicate ideas and results to various stakeholders both in written reports and in meetings, presentations etc.
• The ability to work in a team as well as individually with a minimum of supervision
• The ability to organize and prioritize own work and as such have responsibility for discrete work packages ongoing simultaneously
