  • Demand Forecasting: Analyse and forecast the demand for amenities in different regions to determine optimal order quantities.
  • Cost Management: Perform cost analysis to identify the most economical ordering and distribution strategies, including break-even analysis.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Own and manage the relationships with suppliers located in different countries, ensuring high quality and timely deliveries.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, including invoicing and payments.
  • Regional Distribution: Coordinate the logistics for distributing amenities to the different regions in which Wheely operates.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Additional languages are preferable based on the countries Wheely operates in.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in supply chain and logistics, preferably in a luxury or high-service environment as well as experience in managing suppliers in Asia.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting and cost analysis.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management software.
