Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ad hoc administrative duties as and when required
- Reception duties and file coordination management
- Data Entry
- Management of invoicing
- Provide excellent customer service in person, and via phone and email
- Maintains confidentiality as will be dealing with private information daily
Key Requirements:
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of people
- Well-developed planning and organisational skills, including ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work under pressure
- Ability to pick up and learn new systems and keep company policies in mind whilst dealing with sensitive information
- Possess a strong delivery focus that achieves at a high standard, regarding accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to and work within a team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Personal integrity and an honest and ethical approach
- Ability to work autonomously and within company guidelines, demonstrating the use of sound judgement
