Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ad hoc administrative duties as and when required
  • Reception duties and file coordination management
  • Data Entry
  • Management of invoicing
  • Provide excellent customer service in person, and via phone and email
  • Maintains confidentiality as will be dealing with private information daily

Key Requirements:

  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of people
  • Well-developed planning and organisational skills, including ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work under pressure
  • Ability to pick up and learn new systems and keep company policies in mind whilst dealing with sensitive information
  • Possess a strong delivery focus that achieves at a high standard, regarding accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to and work within a team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Personal integrity and an honest and ethical approach
  • Ability to work autonomously and within company guidelines, demonstrating the use of sound judgement
