Masterminds, Dubai’s leading early learning center, is recruiting for a Suzuki Violin Teacher. Suzuki Violin is a core part of the curriculum at Masterminds with all children participating in Violin lessons 2 – 3 times per week. Experience working with young children below 6 years is important for this role.

  • Planning a structured Suzuki program with clear progression milestones
  • Conducting small group and individual Violin lessons
  • Participate in the annual professional development cycle and demonstrate continuous commitment as a life-long learner
  • Maintain confidentiality with regard to all Centre matters at all times.

Compensation Structure

  • Competitive (tax-free) base salary and housing allowance (defined by slotting based on duration and quality of experience)

  • Spoken and Written Fluency in English
  • At least 3 years’ experience in teaching Violin with the Suzuki Method
  • At least Level 1 or 2 Suzuki Certification; Suzuki Early Childhood Education would be a plus.
  • Experience working with young children below 6 years of age
  • Persona should reflect the premium nature of the Masterminds brand
  • Exceptional relationship and communication skills
  • Essential to relate well to both children and adults and have strong communication and listening skills
  • Team working, flexibility and adaptability with sensitivity to the needs of children are critical to the requirement of this role
