Description:

As a Team Leader – Steward you will be responsible for supervising the Stewarding team. Your objective is to ensure compliance with all hygiene and HACCP requirements in response to the brand standards and local government requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that each outlet is supplied with clean and dry operating equipment.
• Supervise proper disposal of waste and usage of waste recycling machines and equipment.
• Oversee the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and food and beverage area.
• Compliance with the brand and local government hygiene standards.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Previous relevant work and hospitality experience.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of various work situations
