Responsibilities
- Prepares GCC report for submission to principal’s office.
- Provides assistance to Assistant Technical Advisors of various Service Centers.
- Helps the Technician having difficulties, by advising them in their search for solution.
- Participates in the review of the vehicle with the requesting Service Advisor and provides technical explanation.
- Prepares daily / weekly reports and submits to the Workshop Manager.
- Ensures stock of principal-specified special tools.
- Manages technical tickets.

Requirement
- Explains technical issues to customers.
- Prepares monthly technical reports for submission to the principal.
- Aids the customer on-site in case of emergency.
- Inspects and conducts road test on ready vehicles.
- Follows the quality assurance procedures.
- Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the Line Manager.
