We are offering one exceptional candidate the chance to be a Technical Design and Configuration Specialist to be responsible for the Design, Configuration and Support (Oracle HCM, OIC) and related applications, meeting or exceeding business partners’ requirements and expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for the Technical Design, Development and Support (Oracle HCM, OIC) and related applications, meeting or exceeding business partners’ requirements and expectations. You will be responsible for analysing business partner requirements and defining solutions that meet or exceed those requirements (for example around Integration). You will need to understand and apply systems analysis concepts and principles to effectively translate and validate business systems solutions. Furthermore you will apply IT and internal team methodologies and procedures to ensure solutions are defined in a consistent, standard and repeatable method.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in programming with Oracle tools and language (Java, PL/SQL, XSLT)
• Experience in an IT environment
• Experience in an Oracle HCM Cloud focused team
• Experience in HCM Extracts, ATOM Feeds and REST API’s
• Experience in OIC flows (connections, integrators)
• Analytical Problem Solving skills
• Highly motivated individual with desire to review improve the support process and procedures.
• Deep and broad understanding of logistics supply chain marketplace
• Broad understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Applications (Other HR Applications welcome) and Oracle Integration Cloud, including general technology and design, database structure and the HCM application modules
• Able to clearly present information through the spoken word
• Influence or persuade others through oral presentations in positive or negative circumstances
