Responsibilities
- Technical support visit + report
- Validation of concern technical raised
- Remote assist to solve the technical issues
- Field visit to assist on the technical issues
- Prepare technical information report and submit to the principle
- Follow up on the technical information report
- Escalation issue to Techical Support Manager
