Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Description:

The primary role is to ensure that all tasks related to the time share project are handled effectively and efficiently, manage HMS Club membership activity. To improve and maintain owner service satisfaction level in accordance with the highest standards.
To ensure that all relevant internal regulatory requirements within ADIB are met and in compliance with the group policies & procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive calls from customers’ and accommodate their requests
• Follow up, when necessary, with customers’ complaints and/or requests
• Store all paperwork into an electronic system either by data entry or by using optical scanners
• Solo custody for the HMS original and non-original documents

Job Requirements:

• University Graduate and / or equivalent is required
• Must be fully bilingual with excellent communication and listening skills
• Ranked as a person who is customer focused and must be patient and amiable
• Self-confident and maintains self-control under pressure
