We are seeking a talented and experienced Holiday and Tour Package Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a specialist, you will be responsible for creating and promoting holiday packages through online platforms and local partners. Your primary goal will be to respond to inquiries and quotations promptly, generate sales, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure an unforgettable travel experience for our clients.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a holiday and tour package specialist, preferably in the UAE market.
2. In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s tourism industry, including popular attractions, hotels, transportation options, and local regulations.
3. Familiarity with online travel platforms, such as booking websites and travel agencies, and experience in utilizing these platforms to promote and sell packages.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, local partners, and team members effectively.
5. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities to secure favorable rates and partnerships with local providers.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
7. Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in quotations, bookings, and itineraries.
8. Proficiency in using travel management systems, booking software, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
