Responsibilities
  • Design effective analytics solutions and develop modelling that will support the management and execution of key Total Rewards processes and initiatives.
  • Develop tools, templates and content to efficiently and compliantly facilitate the management and administration of key Total Rewards processes and initiatives.
  • Proactively build and/or improve infrastructures required to collect and analyse data, and support the communication and implementation of TR policy changes to HR Business Partners and other stakeholders
  • Support the annual planning and benchmarking exercises and apply knowledge of industry trends to interpret data, supporting to develop and enhance new Total Rewards practices and programs

Requirement
  • Maintain, review and propose salary structures and ensure that it is strictly being observed and implemented across divisions
  • Support the organizational design initiatives including structural analysis and job evaluation using HAY methodology and ensure to identify appropriate job band level/pay grade
  • Support the integration and implementation of Total Rewards elements for new business acquisitions/mergers and ensuring it is in accordance with AFG’s structure and philosophy.
  • Participate in the salary survey process to ensure availability of current market data, including ongoing vendor relationship management and budget monitoring.
