Job Responsibilities:
- Lead classroom facilitation
- Design, develop and update classroom curriculum and materials
- Communicate trainee progress to key stakeholders
- Communicate with regional and district level management to resolve any issues that arise with trainees
- Provide coaching and training to trainees
- Partner with R&D, Marketing, Safety and other operational partners, regionally and globally on projects to further training innovations
- Set up, maintain and organize training supplies, equipment and tools to ensure quality learning experiences
- Perform train-the-trainer session to SME’s and other identified facilitators from the business to drive a mentality of a learning organization
- Maintain field experience by shadowing Field Training Specialists in different market segments
- Attend Regional Meetings
- Assist in the facilitation of Counselor Sales Person and other key curricula
- Conduct regular needs assessments and assist with the design and development of training requirements
- Create an environment that promotes and strengthens Ecolab’s diverse and inclusive culture
- Candidate must reside in one of the following locations : UAE / India / Egypt, covering IMEA-wide region
- Travel: Approx. 25% overnight travel
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a dynamic culture
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a Training/Facilitation role
- Effective facilitation capabilities
- Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution and cross functional partnership skills
- Proven ability to teach, coach, and support others to succeed
- Ability to assess performance and provide constructive feedback
- Excellent PC skills in MS Office software, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
- Industrial experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge of Ecolab policies, protocols, and programs.
- Marketing/sales background, preferably Industrial
