Job Responsibilities:

• Supplier HOD with weekly/monthly tracking and reporting of KPI’s.
• Deliver procurement projects as identified by the Director of Business Support and other Business units.
• Define project scope, targets, success criteria and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential blocks and produce contingency plans.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in a UAE base FMcompany (Procurement/Operations).
• Export in managing Subcontractor/3rd party services for FM & Capital projects.
• Expert knowledge of the FM consumables market in the UAE.
• Experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships.
