Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Description:

Position is responsible for the initiation of MAPP pre-approval projects on behalf of project owner in MAPP Navigator system , namely: Meetings & Site Visits, Speaker program & Consultancies and External Funding (Educational Grants, Business Donations/Charitable Contributions, Corporate Sponsorship, others)

Job Responsibilities:

• All related documents are secured and gathered from the business/project owners, including agenda, business rationale, rational of the speaker selection, FMV etc.
• Will have access to Contract Dashboard to void, cancel, or swap a back-up consultant or attendee
• Ensures timely reconciliation and closing out of events
• Ensures compliance with processes and global, regional and market policies and procedures are followed at the local market level when submitting a project in the system

Job Requirements:

• Proven capabilities & knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and compliance policies & procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to understand business
• Strong project management and organization skills
• The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
