Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times Increase customer reviews with high quality ratings Marketing
  • Participate and assist in setting marketing strategies and launch of new products
  • Response to customer inquiries: through several social platforms Operations:
  • Handling customer’s reservations all over the world including accommodation, tours, rental and any other requested activities or services.
  • Effectively liaise, advise and sell the Adrenaline Travel trip style
  • Lead the reservation department to achieve company target
  • Direct reservation amendments, additions and cancellations.
  • Assist reservation team members specially working with online systems.
  • Negotiate with the hotels and get the best available rates.
  • Handling groups reservations & requests.
  • Advisory for the customers for alternative Hotels & Cruises Finance:
  • Monitor and maintain the right pricing according to company guidelines and agreed profit margins
  • Achieve the company sales revenue and profit targets
  • Make sure all customer payments are done in timely manner (collections)
