Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times Increase customer reviews with high quality ratings Marketing
- Participate and assist in setting marketing strategies and launch of new products
- Response to customer inquiries: through several social platforms Operations:
- Handling customer’s reservations all over the world including accommodation, tours, rental and any other requested activities or services.
- Effectively liaise, advise and sell the Adrenaline Travel trip style
- Lead the reservation department to achieve company target
- Direct reservation amendments, additions and cancellations.
- Assist reservation team members specially working with online systems.
- Negotiate with the hotels and get the best available rates.
- Handling groups reservations & requests.
- Advisory for the customers for alternative Hotels & Cruises Finance:
- Monitor and maintain the right pricing according to company guidelines and agreed profit margins
- Achieve the company sales revenue and profit targets
- Make sure all customer payments are done in timely manner (collections)
