Job Responsibilities:
- Clerical Functions and maintain Personnel and Administrative records and procedures.
- Amending computer jobcards and invoices, to speed up workshop flow.
- Preparing all external and internal jobcards and proper billing with all labour, parts, oil, sublets and consumables.
- Proper checking of invoices and related documents with computer statements to maintain accuracy.
- Arranging daily workshop performance report.
- Prepare incentive computation and claim form as per the daily time sheet.
- Required skills to be successful
- Should have a basic qualification or High school graduate
- Good knowledge in MS Office especially MS Excel
- Good English communication skills
- Person must be self-motivated and self-driven.
Job Requirements:
- Should have a basic qualification or High school graduate
- Administration or back office experience would be preferred but not mandatory
- We are looking for someone with excellent English & Arabic speaking skills who has an engaging personality, is confident meeting people and passionate about beginning a career in sales.

- Customer orientated, with decision making and problem-solving abilities
