Job Description

As the HR Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the organisational goals and objectives of the entity.

Description
Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals, ensuring the organisation has the right talent for future success.Establish and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, regular reviews, and feedback to drive employee productivity and development.They oversee the recruitment process, attracting and hiring qualified candidates through effective talent acquisition strategies and positive candidate experiences.Develop and monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess HR effectiveness and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.Ensure effective implementation and communication of HR policies and guidelines across the organisation.

Profile
UAE National with Family Book.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.10+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with demonstrated experience in leading HR transformation initiatives effectively.Experience in driving HR digital transformation initiatives and leveraging HR technology for process improvement is highly desirable.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
