As part of the Cartier Regional PR Team in the role of V.I.E – Press Relations Coordinator for the MEIAT Region, you will assist the team on the coordination of special projects of the PR team in coordination with HQ and other regional teams. The length of this V.I.E assignment is 12 months and starts as soon as possible depending on visa requirements, the position is based in Dubai.

Responsibilities
  • PRESS RELATIONS
  • Assist in responding to press requests in regards to images, press samples, prices & other information.
  • Coordinate incoming photo shooting requests locally and overseas (in coordination with the Cartier PR Teams).
  • Assist in the dressing requests for celebrities & influencers.
  • Assist in the development of press material (press kit, visuals…).
  • Maintain updated media databases.
  • Coordinate with the VIP Experiences team on ensuring a bespoke treatment for PR’s audiences (press, celebrities, influencers).
  • Liaise with Finance department for supplier’s payments.
  • Assist team with general day to day duties.

Requirement
  • Create daily & weekly PR visibility reports.
  • Create monthly reportings including industry news on an on-going basis, as well as social media trends and social feeds.
  • Monitor and summarize progress of projects and results at the end of it (KPI,visuals..).
  • Assist the PR Team with presentations and any other ad-hoc requests as needed.
  • Consolidation of schedule of the department.
