Description:
An Auto Mechanic, or Service Technician, fixes vehicles and replaces their parts for customers. Their duties include inspecting the vehicle’s mechanical components and its engine, diagnosing problems with vehicles and performing maintenance and repair work on cars, trucks and other vehicles.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform allocated repairs in accordance with Manufacturer’s repair procedures to obtain high quality repairs
- Avoid waste of time to improve productivity
- Proper use of tools, equipment & shop manuals to keep in good condition
- Attend training & self study to improve skills & product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness of working area to assure a health & safe working environment
Job Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in wheel alignment and balancing in UAE – Prefer in dealership
- Diploma certificate in mechanics or automotive
- Reading, writing and speaking in English is mandatory
- Prefer to have UAE driving license
