Position: Business Planning & Operations Manager
Providing the citizen graduate with multiple scientific and practical skills in his field of specialization through training in the department Providing the opportunity for the citizen graduate to get a job in government departments, bodies, institutions, and the public and private sectors

Responsibilities:

• Drive proactively targeted business enhancement projects across all workstreams to streamline processes and drive accurate reporting and planning
• Support cross-functional strategic improvement initiatives as needed
• Manage one junior direct report, ensuring coaching, mentorship, and capability development

Requirements:

• Management consulting, investment banking, or corporate leadership program experience
• Impeccable Power Point and English writing skills
• High proficiency in financial modelling and analytical tools, as well as executive presentations
