About the job

-Define, design and implement a creative VM strategy for our brand BLS keeping in mind the brand vision, store locations, and the audience profile.

-Create a VM guideline for the brand for the flagship stores and a plan to execute this on small scale stores.

-Advise in the planning phase of the store to define the display categories, space allocation of each category. This should be done based on the product line.

-Create appealing visual displays that lead the customer journey in the store.

-Create a story within the store using our product mix and display in the best possible way.

Requirement

-Create window displays, internal signage, floor plans, displays and special promo displays.

-Train our staff on the VM: Do’s and Don’ts, How to maintain the VM, How often to change it, Various ways to display a product.

-Work on seasonal and festive themes and advise on new launch displays
