Description:

As the Visual Merchandising Trainee, you will work with the Merchandising team to enhance the image of the brand throughout the region while managing and communicating the Maison guidelines and collaborating with retail partners.

Job Responsibilities:
a- Tailor and coordinate retail and trade guidelines for countries according to the annual marketing calendar.
b- Create internal visual merchandising newsletter for all the markets including VM assets (VM guideline, visuals priorities, movie loop) according to launch.
c- Order, manage, and distribute core VM assets such as visual master-kits, movies and content creation material.
d- Compile monthly competitor reports of VM and Trade implementations across the region.

Job Requirements:
a- VM or Business student with passion to progress in the creative field.
b- Detail-oriented, creative, proactive, dynamic, and very well organized with a capacity to adapt to a fast-moving environment.
c- Strong planning skills which ensure timely and accurate execution of responsibilities.
