As part of the Chanel WFJ team, and reporting to the WFJ Director, you will train sales associates across the region to develop Maison, Product, Technical knowledge and selling skills to enrich the client journey & experience and improve retail performance. On the floor follow up of the trainings shared so as ensure implementation. Encourage and establish learning culture in boutiques through floor training & coaching sessions.

Job Responsibilities
a) Assess the teams’ individual learning needs and performance to develop and align with concerned parties on short, mid & long-term training and development plans
b) Analyze Mystery Shopping results and individual KPIs of the sales team to identify areas of development and plan for necessary support
c) Contributes to defining the training calendar based on learning needs / retail excellence projects/partners requests/strategy for the Middle East
d) Roll-out training programs as per training calendar (onboarding of newcomers, product & client experience training)

Job Requirements
a) Minimum 4 years of related work experience with minimum 1 experience in the luxury industry. A retail experience is a plus.
b) Excellent presentation and public speaking skills & Excellent organization skills
c) An in-depth understanding of Luxury Retail, Client Experience, and selling skills are required
d) Brand and strong general WFJ knowledge is required
e) Excellent understanding of Adult Learning and blended learning. Demonstrate ability to influence, strong follow-up skills
