Job Responsibilities:
a- Analyze Mystery Shopping results and individual KPIs of the sales team to identify areas of development and plan for necessary support
b- Contributes to defining the training calendar based on learning needs / retail excellence projects/partners requests/strategy for the Middle East
c- Roll-out training programs as per training calendar (onboarding of newcomers, product & client experience training)
d- Support team on the floor through follow-up sessions to enhance client service, storytelling and selling techniques in accordance with the Chanel standard

Job Requirements:
a- Minimum 4 years of related work experience with minimum 1 experience in the luxury industry. A retail experience is a plus.
b- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills & Excellent organization skills
c- Brand and strong general WFJ knowledge is required
