Description

The primary focus of the role will be to assign and oversee a wide variety of workshop tasks, helping to achieve workshop financial objectives and ensure and monitor technicians meet, utilization, productivity and efficiencies targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist in daily technician activity.
• People management responsibilities including assigning daily duties to technician.
• Conduct performance appraisal for reporting staff.
• Maximize technician work identification.
• Interpreting company policies to workers and enforce best safety regulations and practice.
• Measure and report effectively all departmental activities.

Requirement

1- Customer management.

2.- Knowledge and working background in SAP system.

3.- Good communication skills.

4.- Supervisory experience.
