Key Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with all customers and provide assistance as required
- Provide exceptional customer service when working on the shop floor, fitting room and/or cashier desk
- Maintain the visual standards of the store and represent the image of the brand
- Assist with the processing of stock deliveries and shop floor replenishment
Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in customer service
- Ability to multitask in a busy setting
- Efficient cash handling & POS experience
- Flair for merchandising and attention to detail
- Flexible availability to work throughout the week and weekends (38 hours per week)
