Description:

As Regional AP Accountant for WT ledger, this position will be responsible for leading NOV’s Accounts Payable process excellence with the main focus on Invoice Processing and Payments. The scope of this role includes invoice and payment processing, expense & petty cash reporting, p-card programs, GR/IR Reconciliation, issue resolution, Vendor SOA reconciliation, Month end closing, process improvement, automation etc.

Job Responsibilities:

Receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices as per NOV policy.
Comparing system reports to balances and verifying entries
Charging expenses to accounts and cost centers, as well as controlling petty cash spending.
Verifying vendor accounts, paying vendors, and resolving purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
5-7 years of experience in Accounts Payable in a shared service environment.
Transformation experience of P2P functions and Payments.
JDE/Oracle working knowledge
