This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and ensuring review and payment of invoices are done as per agreed terms.

 Responsibilities

  • Accountable for a number of accounts, which could be dependent on the supplier group, location or function
  • Reconciliation of invoices against the supplier costs
  • Raise disputes in a timely manner and follow through to resolution
  • Monitoring of balances due against credit limits and credit terms
  • Provide payment requests to the Accounts Payable Manager and banker.
  • Responsible to input the invoice into the accounting system, check its recorded correctly and allocate payment to each invoice once payment is made.

 Requirements

  • High School (Minimum 10 years of schooling)
  • An understanding of basic accounting principles (Debits and Credits)
  • 0-2 years of experience in a relevant Industry
  • Communication and interpersonal Skills
  • Teamwork
  • Structured working
