Description
We are looking for full time admin for our company. The ideal candidate must be able to speak the Russian language and have at least 2 years of experience in admin field.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to employees, executives, including day to day office administrative work.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders as needed.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
- File and maintain both physical and digital records and documents.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and workshops.
- Manage and update databases, records, and contact lists.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Requirement
- Computer skills,
- Written and oral communication
- Computer literacy, especially in MS Office
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Records and document management
