Responsibilities:
a- Develop & Implement the strategy across; Wholesale, Franchise, Re-distribution and E-com within your region.
b- Ensure the best possible Net Sales result by setting clear targets and action points; constant tracking of results; analysis of risks & new business opportunities
c- Manage and grow Team members ensuring that the correct resources are part of the Team to ensure the successful implementation of the plan
