Description:

The Air Traffic Engineer (ATE) Training Specialist will develop, deliver and maintain training courses for all; Communications, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS)/Air Traffic Management Services (ATMS) personnel employed within Dubai Air Navigation Services (dans) to support ‘dans’ in project delivery and business strategy goals. You will also conduct numerous other training related activities including On the Job

Job Responsibilities:

Design, implement and maintain technical training courses, from their inception to completion, under the guidance of the Team Leader (TL) ATES Training, based on dans Operational Training
Department standards, GCAA CARs Requirements and ICAO recommendations.
Ensure courses researched, designed, delivered, and then analysed using continuous improvement techniques.
Attain and maintain operational competencies at both airports, as required by TL ATES Training

Job Requirements:

Demonstrable practical operational experience in a multi cultural organization from the aviation industry
Experience in the preparation, delivery and follow-up of training programs
In depth knowledge in ICAO standards, recommended practices local and international technical standards and regulations
Comprehensive knowledge of the ICAO Doc10057
