Description:

We are searching for a detail-oriented, dependable technician to join our growing team. The technician’s responsibilities include monitoring and servicing systems, diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment, running tests and completing reports, updating and improving existing systems, and repairing or replacing faulty equipment. You should collaborate with other professionals and be able to make useful recommendations wherever possible.

Responsibilities:

Compounds fragrance oils as per business priorities and due delivery dates applying global good laboratory practices, standard operating procedures, supported with the digital tools and software available.
Keeps the personal workbench clean and organized as per the best practices and optimizes its personal collection of raw materials.
Ensures compliance with all QHS&E procedures and proactively contributes to the improvement of lab safety
Maintains a clean and well-organized laboratory/work place
Ensures all samples produced meet the quality standards as per the global SOPs before releasing the samples
Adopts a culture of continuous improvement, and actively participates in LEAN projects.

Requirements:

You are a Chemistry Graduate
Fresh graduate or 1-2 years laboratory experience are welcomed.
You are energetic, and eager to learn different categories.
You enjoy working in and exchanging ideas with a diverse team.
