The Assistant Managers are often in charge of the daily business operations. They verify employee schedules and ensure new hires understand their roles and duties. Assistant Managers handle phone calls regarding complaints and questions about orders or further escalations regarding services or products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the Firdaus Studio and Firdaus Orchestra on the rate card, packages available and to make customized packages for clients where required.
  • Regular review of the rate card to ensure it is aligned with the overall objective of the Firdaus Studio and Firdaus Orchestra and takes into consideration client requirements.
  • Prepare memos related to rate card updates, quotations etc as required and obtain necessary internal approval.
  • Liaise with Finance to generate Invoices for customers and ensure collection from customers through bank transfers, cash or credit card payments.
  • Follow up for outstanding payments and liaise with Finance to generate Receipts for customers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience of planning and organising complex activities, and delivering to time, quality and resource requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to use tact and diplomacy when dealing with a diverse group of people at all levels, and self-confidence to be able to influence and challenge at all levels
  • Advanced level ability in MS Office tools (MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word)
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
