Description:
Maintenance for Building Management systems; technical documentations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Survey the project and get the input from site for proposing the AMC.
- Need to know system : Sauter , Schenider, Honeywell OR any similar brand.
- Control, Plan and Execute Casual jobs, PPM, CM/RM for all BMS maintenance works in a timely and scheduled manner.
- Preparing and submit all work completion reports and obtain acknowledgement from client.
- Submission of invoices to clients with supporting documents.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Related Qualification
- BMS system training certificate
- Relevant Middle East job experience (min 5 years)
- Must have driving license
