Responsibilities:

Develop/implement business development strategy for agreed target markets/clients
Ensure efficient and seamless new client end-to-end on-boarding process
Conduct market research, client and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
Liaise with SEO / RCD / marketing to compliment business development plan objectives using brand profile, marketing collateral and event management/entertaining
Ensure target market/sector awareness and market intelligence to support new product development & promotion
Lead, influence & motivate colleagues to ensure the highest levels of client service

Requirements:

A Postgraduate Degree and relevant certifications
10 years’ experience in a Senior Business Development/Commercial Role
DIFC & UAE proposition knowledge, experience and business intelligence
Lead a team professionals
