Requirement

Full professional French and English language skills
Commercial knowledge and previous sales experience
Persuading and influencing skills
Excellent communication skills – especially using a digital solution such as MS Teams, Sharepoint, Power BI etc.
The ability to understand and convey technical and commercial requests from customers
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Computer literate in MS Office and Customer Relations Management
Previous technical experience in the Cement Industry or other heavy industries
Ability to build a strong network internally in FLSmidth and an understanding of the organization to get things done in timely manner
Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Bachelor/Master degree
