Being a Joint Venture of two strong conglomerates and also the first mover based in the newly developed Al-Maktoum International Airport, which is set to become the biggest airport in the region, puts us in the enviable position of setting the standard and leading the way for others to follow.

Responsibilities:

Responding to inbound telephone calls and assessing client requirements
Managing all aspects of charter flights from initial sale to scheduling to post flight follow up
Generating revenue for the company
Building up and managing own key accounts
Working as part of a team to reach individual and team targets, supporting colleagues
Liaising with other departments e.g. Operations, Accounting, Aircraft Management, Crewing
Generating new business and leads
Assisting in the management of key charter aircraft
Greeting clients where possible when flying through Dubai Al Maktoum International Airport
Providing out of hours telephone cover from home during evening and weekends-working on a rotational basis as part of the team.
To provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

2 years aviation experience in a commercial sales environment
previous work experience in business development
must be educated to degree level
good level of spoken and written English and Arabic
