Job Responsibilities:

• Represents the interface between the client and the company;
• Taking customer calls/emails/messages, providing information or assistance;

• Providing correct information in a professional manner;

• Responsible for the correctness of the information provided to the company’s departments and clients;

• Identifies the needs of each client and responds to their requests with offers from the company’s portfolio;

• Promoting the company’s image through attitude, knowledge, customer orientation and availability;

• Participation in viewings with clients;

• Desire for development and involvement in the business.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, complemented by the ability to solve customer requests;

• Proactive attitude;

• Orientation towards the client and towards the solution of his needs;

• Good PC operation skills (internet browser, text editing, tables and databases), as well as the ability to work with several programs simultaneously;

• Knowledge of some foreign languages at least at an average level and the desire to improve;
