Description:

you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, responsible for understanding their needs and ensuring that they are satisfied with our products and services. In this role, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure that our clients’ needs are met and that their expectations are exceeded. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in customer service, sales, or account management.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships
Understand client business objectives and challenges in order to provide strategic counsel and drive value
Serve as an expert on company capabilities, offerings, and solutions, matching them to client needs
Develop and execute account plans that deliver on client business objectives and exceed expectations
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to develop and deliver integrated solutions that address specific client challenges
Manage all aspects of the client relationship, from day-to-day service delivery to long-term planning
Proactively identify opportunities to grow the business within existing accounts and share with relevant internal stakeholders
Anticipate and manage risks associated with the account, taking proactive steps to mitigate and resolve them
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and other documentation as needed
Monitor and report on account performance against agreed-upon KPIs
Conduct regular reviews with clients to solicit feedback and ensure satisfaction
Escalate issues and concerns to appropriate internal stakeholders as necessary

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years in a customer-facing role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
Proven success managing and developing teams
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel as needed (up to 50%)
